Your new company
Our Utilities client is recruiting a Reward Analyst for the duration of 6-9 months based at their office in Worthing.
Your new role
As a Reward Analyst you will provide Reward expertise to support them team on key processes and projects. You will support the further design and delivery of the job management system including collaboration with the wider team. You will job evaluation process using the WTW Global Grading System along with managing key projects.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have knowledge of Reward and Benefits with relevant generalist HR experience gained in large complex, unionised organisations. You must also have experience of pay and benefit benchmarking with knowledge of WTW Global Grading System and be CIPD qualified.
What you'll get in return
