As Reward Manager, you will work with the Head of Reward to lead the design, implementation and delivery of all aspects of reward including pay governance and incentive frameworks in fast paced and high volume environment.

My client is a luxury retailer with it's HQ in London.

Description

  • To lead the design, implementation and delivery of all aspects of reward including pay governance and incentive frameworks
  • To drive areas for improvement, and new initiatives to attract, retain and motivate team members
  • To liaise with key stakeholders and provide guidance, advice and expertise on a wide range of remuneration matters.
  • To assist with developing reward policies and practices that support the overall HR strategy and employer brand aspirations.
  • To ensure the market competitiveness by acquiring up to date knowledge of the marketplace.
  • To keep informed of leading-edge reward policies and practices in our sector ensure we remain competitive to attract and retain the best talent.
  • To maintain an understanding of best practice in reward by building networks across our sector.

Profile

  • Demonstrable experience of acting as a Reward Manager in a fast paced environment
  • Retail experience desirable
  • Practical experience of designing, communicating and managing fixed and variable pay schemes, incentive plans and benefits provision for roles at all levels,
  • Ability to support relationships with outsourced HR Services partners.
  • Able to establish an immediate rapport with others and have persuasive influencing skills.

Job Offer

Up to £75,000 plus package, including a discretionary bonus
