Your new role

You will work with the Technical Curriculum Development Lead and the Early Careers Lead to address the technical and early career development needs for the Risk Advisory Service Line. Using your knowledge and experience of core Risk Advisory technical competencies, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate their technical development needs into realistic and achievable outcomes that reflect the respective technical learning and Early Career strategies (as appropriate). You will work in collaboration with stakeholders across Risk Advisory as well as the central Learning team to ensure that solutions are provided in a timely, effective, and innovative manner.

What you'll need to succeed

Professional education/qualification in relevant area. Proven experience gained for working in a similar role either within Professional Services or a large, matrix-structured firm. Adept at communicating, influencing, coaching, educating, challenging, and managing senior stakeholders. The ability to translate client business needs into realistic and achievable outcomes in collaboration with appropriate specialists. The ability to provide leadership, work collaboratively, and consult effectively and independently with senior levels of the organisation.
