Our National Supply Chain client is recruiting a People Assistant to join the small team of 3 that work on a large retail contract.
This is a 37.5 hour per week role and will require you to be based in the office in Rochester 5 das a week.
Your new role
As a People Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks including recruitment activities, HR administration, absence management, creating HR correspondence with their policy and procedures and employee engagement activities.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have previous experience as a HR Assistant or similar and be able to apply high levels of common sense and logic to often delicate and complicated situations and therefore posses excellent listening and communication skills.
What you'll get in return
