Your new role
Your new role will see you supporting the Head of HR on providing advice to managers and employees across the business on HR matters including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness and employment law.
What you'll need to succeed
- A level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience or willingness to study.
- Thorough knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience of providing advice on a range of employment matters to managers and employees.
