HR Operations Lead | London | Perm | c£90K + 25% bonus

Are you experienced HR Operations Manager from either a small finance firm or a tech start ups?  

Our client, a tech driven leading global finance firm is searching for a HR Operations Lead to join them on a full time permanent basis in London. Under the direction of the Head of People, you will be an experienced HR professional who is entrepreneurial, innovative, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. As a trusted resource for employees, you will be a thought leader on UK HR policy guidance and interpretation.

The purpose of your role is to provide insight and information about HR-related questions and concerns to all levels in the organisation.

The role 

  • Implement a best-in-class on boarding process and conduct off boarding tasks.
  • Manage the immigration process and strategy in conjunction with their global offices.
  • Providing assistance with the implementation of a new HR system.
  • Maintain relationships with brokers and assist with deciding what benefits to offer employees.
  • Know the latest trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Provide HR data to the executive leadership for use in making key business decisions.


About you

  • CIPD qualified
  • A passion for HR Administration and Operations.
  • Experience in a wide range of HR areas, including on boarding, benefits, UK visa & immigration, training & development, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of benefits plans, benefits-related policies, and UK employment law.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a high level of integrity, accountability, and emotional intelligence
  • Experience writing employee handbooks, offer letters, and contracts.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time in an environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An understanding of payroll and complex bonus structures.
