Your new company
A market leading manufacturing company is looking for a skilled Learning and Development Business Partner to effectively manage all areas of training and development activities across 4 sites, to be based mainly from their site in York.

Your new role
As L&D Business Partner, you will partner with key stakeholders, providing necessary advice, recommendations and training solutions to meet business requirements and strategic aims. You will be responsible for the whole training lifecycle from analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of training across a key population of employees, across your 4 sites. You will ensure that all training plans embrace a blended learning approach, using the 70 20 10 model, delivering training yourself while also line managing other L&D staff. You will have the support of an experienced and forward-thinking Head of HR and work in an experienced L&D team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrable experience in delivering blended L&D training solutions, ideally including the design, delivery and evaluation of training within a manufacturing environment, although this isn't essential. You will have first class communication skills, able to influence and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Previous experience of creating digital learning content would be advantageous.
