In this role, you will provide vital reports on HR & Payroll data that will underpin conversations at senior leadership level on all things people related.
Accountabilities
- Build a deep understanding of the HR & Payroll data required by key stakeholders and create bespoke reports/dashboards to support both routine and ADHOC reporting
- Providing vital support to HR Business Partners and stakeholders who require large and complex data sets to be transformed into digestible reports that can be presented at ExCo level
- Working with the system provider (Select HR) to understand bespoke reporting options and ensure the HR data functionality is fully optimised
- Working with a high degree of accuracy at all times
- Supporting with key Pay, Reward and Analytical projects
- Develop your technical understanding of the HRIS capability and maintain awareness of HRIS platforms available
Experience & Skills Required
- Highly analytical, with an exception degree of accuracy applied when working with data
- A natural systems/technology adopter who can pick up new systems quickly
- Ability and experience to build bespoke HR reporting
- Experience of working with HRIS platforms, Access/Select HR exposure is not essential but clearly a huge advantage
- Involvement or contribution to HRIS implementation is not essential but would be a huge benefit
- A theoretical knowledge of the wider HR remit outside of the HRIS discipline would be a huge advantage
