An exciting opportunity for a permanent Talent Acquisition Specialist, to join a growing, driven, reputable, retail brand.

Your new role
As a permanent Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for driving and delivering a high end, customer centric, end-end recruitment and selection process.
You will be responsible for managing head office recruitment, HR, Sales and procurement .
Responsibilities will include:
Liaising with stakeholders to identify their requirements and obtain recruitment authorisation.
Candidate attraction, writing appealing job adverts , promoting the brand through social media, proactively sourcing utilising boolean and X-ray searches and searching on Linked-In and job boards to find and retain great talent.
Telephone screen, arrange interviews and sit in on face -face interviews where required.
Coach and deliver training on recruitment and selection best practice.
Assist with any Talent Acquisition projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Recruitment Specialist, who has managed the end-end recruitment and selection process for Head Office roles. You will ideally have experience as a Recruitment Consultant who has managed the end-end recruitment and selection process for corporate roles.
