Ashley Kate are currently working with our client in Sheffield to support in their search for a Temporary HR Administrator to support them on a 3 month fixed term contract initially. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who is keen to join a busy team!

This role will be working closely with the HR Business Partner and report to the HR Manager and will include supporting the HR function in all administrative and recruitment tasks.
With a high workload, this person needs to be able to work at pace, prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines. The business offer hybrid working across both office and home.

HR Administrator - About you
You will be a strong administrator, with experience in a similar position.
It is essential that you have the ability to prioritise workload and reach the level of accuracy needed for this position. You will be managing the HR in box and dealing with all enquiries on a regular basis, as well as any other urgent needs. You will have experience managing HR data and systems. You will have supported the resourcing process up to onboarding contracts and starters.
