Candidate Attraction and Engagement Programme Manager

18 Month FTC

Salary Bracket £47,000-£51,000

Location- Hertfordshire

Hybrid working

This new role is pivotal in the organisations plan to hire talented people and create a positive attraction and onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Review, improve and get approval for the candidate attraction strategy and engagement programme
  • To co-ordinate activities for the short, medium and long-term strategic candidate attraction and engagement projects within the organisation
  • Develop the corporate brand, candidate attraction that attracts a diverse range of people and engagement plans throughout the organisation
  • Responsible for day-to-day management and progression of a high profile candidate attraction and engagement projects across the organisation
  • Assess complex issues and develop solutions to present to leadership to continually improve candidate attraction and engagement projects

Experience

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience working in 'early in careers' or candidate attraction and engagement programme management
  • Experience of implementing new technology solutions to improve candidate engagement during the recruitment process

Ability to communicate at all levels, creative mindset, to get projects of the ground effectively and resilient.
