HR Advisor-15-16 month FTC, up to £33,800 once pro-rata'd for 40 weeks worked, Remote based
Your new company
An excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor, FTC 15-16 Months (could lead to permanent) within a well-known, established Education organisation in Hertfordshire, who are able to offer great opportunities for learning and development and may be able to support CIPD sponsorship and offer great benefits.
Your new role
As an HR Advisor, you will provide a customer centric, outsourced service, you will be part of a busy HR team and will have a focus on Employee Relations, managing complex disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management and flexible working cases, providing advice over the telephone, via email and over MS Teams. You will be responsible for delivering coaching and training on HR best practice, updating and writing new HR policies where required and managing TUPE, Re-structure and Redundancies.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience at HR Advisor level and have a wealth of experience managing complex ER cases from end-end or alternatively have experience as an ER Advisor, managing ER cases from end-end. You will ideally have experience managing TUPE and redundancies from end-end. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent. You must be prepared to take your annual leave in school holiday times only.
