Are you a strong HR and ER professional, looking for an opportunity to be part of a global business?
This role will be ideal for someone who loves building relationships across all levels within the business, and has the confidence to work autonomously and hit the ground running with minimal support.
This role will cover a number of sites in the North, splitting your time across your closest office and visiting key stakeholders at other sites, with a day a week working from home.
·Provide professional advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, and coaching managers where appropriate
·Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinaries, performance management, employment tribunals, grievance and absence management
·Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation
·Monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action
·Support the wider HR team in HR projects in particular around Engagement & wellbeing
If you are CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards), with strong experience in a previous HR Advisory role, then we want to hear from you! You will be a confident communicator who loves to get out and about. This is a great opportunity for someone to expand their skills set and gain further exposure working on high level ER case work.
