Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global engineering organisation who have an opportunity for a Performance & Reward Manager to join their team.
Reporting into the Head of Reward and Performance you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Managing pay review for the UK & Ireland arm of the business
* Supporting the development of new reward initiatives including bonus plans
* Partnering with the wider reward teams on a variety of reward projects and ensuring the reward strategy is consistent and up to date
* Taking ownership of benefits within UK & Ireland
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in compensation and ideally has benefits experience.
