Bring casework experience to complex situations

With colleagues across skillsets and continents, our Employee Relations casework can be complex, but you’re up to the task. As a growing leader, you’ll use your knowledge and experience to inspire a culture of continuous improvement, and develop casework strategies that help us support colleagues and manage financial and reputation risk. Whether it’s employment tribunals, supporting wellbeing, or engaging trade unions, you’ll guide your team to provide a prompt, efficient service.

You’ll support in every way you can, whether it’s managing the provision of our Mediation and Harassment Advisor services, raising awareness of our policies and ethical code, or promoting us as an inclusive employer of choice through delivering events, you’ll be active in helping us be more consciously inclusive every day.

This role is your chance to help strengthen the culture at FCDO Services, as well as our positive relationship with our people. Your employee relations expertise will support our workforce. As well as experience of casework, employment law and managing a quality service, you’ll bring your CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) to do the best job you can. In short? It’s your job – bigger.

All our employees have to be security cleared before being appointed, so you will need to undergo a vetting process as part of your application. This role requires you to go through Security Clearance Vetting (SC). You can find out more about vetting on our website.
