Your new role
You will be responsible for improving and streamlining the recruitment and management of contingent workers, to ultimately enable the firm to fulfil both internal and external requirements. Working with the business you will be at the forefront of this development, paving the way for a streamlined yet considerate process through innovation, design, and implementation. You will be instrumental part of the Resourcing leadership team and help drive talent acquisition strategy within the UK firm
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in leading a team of circa 40 staff, ideally with offshore team leader skillset experience. You'll have supply chain, billing and payroll management experience with experience running a contractor team at a similar scale. In addition to this, you'll embody strong commercial and leadership skillset.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a base salary of £100,000 - £115,000 depending on your experience and network. You will receive a competitive benefits pack on top of this.
