Description

Working alongside the CHRO and the Head of People, develop and deliver a recruitment and selection strategy to ensure that the organisation can deploy resources in the most cost effective and efficient manner

* Work in partnership with stakeholders to develop job descriptions, establish resource needs and deploy proactive recruitment initiatives which support the recruitment of high-quality team members

* Confident and creative proposer of advertising content, and effective sourcing and assessment approaches, across a wide range of professional roles from apprentices, graduates to experienced hires across a range of skill sets * Provide a first-class resourcing service to recruiting managers by providing proactive, innovative and imaginative recruitment solutions while supporting a culture of continuous change and improvement

* Take ownership of future talents across a range of levels and functions, implementing sourcing strategies that provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool

* Build and maintain internal and external networks to gain a solid understanding of the recruitment market and competitor landscape, provide market intelligence and suggest innovative ways to attract new talent

* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate

* Provide regular data analysis and vacancy reporting to key internal stakeholders, to inform future resourcing decisions

* Produce regular reporting on all recruitment activity, e.g., cost v benefit exercise, time to hire

* Lead on full cycle hiring processes and partner closely with hiring managers on different hiring requirements

* Working closely with the Marketing & Comms team, lead on employment branding initiatives, identify any new opportunities or ideas that might drive forward success or candidate experience

* Own accountability for the maintaining and enhancement of our Career Website

* Assist in drafting and finalising job descriptions, evaluating market pay bands and acting on market information

* Sourcing candidates through various online platforms (social media platforms and professional networks)

* Conceptualise and execute applicant sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and various other platforms to engage with passive talent

* Engaging key recruitment partners depending on technical complexities of the role or the level of role

* Qualify & shortlist suitable candidates against defined requirements, including screening calls, arrange and attend interviews with relevant team members

* Working alongside hiring manager to set up suitable assessments and competency interviews

* Analyse and summarise findings of psychometric assessments against role requirements and company values

* Lead the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new members into the GRIDSERVE team. Other Generalist Responsibilities:

* Manage the induction process across the business, ensuring all new joiners or movers are armed with the knowledge they need to succeed in their roles

* Be in tune with the latest market-driven innovations within HR and technology and continually review internal systems to ensure we have best in class tools, optimising internal systems to their full potential

* Working alongside the Head of People, help deliver HR processes related to talent management including succession planning and talent identification and development

* Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including anti-bribery policy and Environmental and Quality Management System (compliant with ISO 9001 and 14001).

Profile

* Proven experience of working in a similar in-house TA role where you delivered various attraction strategies, including careers page, EVP, employer brand and referral scheme within a rapidly growing company with responsibility for all resource requirements

* Degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology or Human Resources. CIPD level 5 or above qualification is hugely desirable * Previous experience will include time spent on developing and deploying a recruitment strategy to source best talent and scale the resourcing strategy with business growth

* Talent acquisition experience must include recruitment of talent within technical, IT, engineering,

* Excellent interviewing skills including competency and behavioural techniques and use of psychometric assessment for recruitment decisions

* Experience of delivering on all aspects of Talent Acquisition, including Diversity & Inclusion, building Employer Brand, and proficient in the use of social media and job boards

* Experienced in the use and management of ATS platforms

* Accredited in and experienced in a range of psychometric testing tools

* Experience of delivering on recruiting metrics, data, insights and reporting to drive positive change

* Exceptional listening, communication, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), rapport building skills

* Working knowledge of UK employment Law with solid transactional/operational (procedures and policies) HR experience related to talent management

* Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to encourage openness and trust both internally and externally

* Hands-on approach, flexible and positive attitude

* Attention to detail and strong focus on accuracy of information

* People-centric, team oriented and strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders * Innovative with sound judgement and solutions driven

* Excellent organisational skills, with a proven ability to successfully multi-task
