Reward Compensation Analyst

  • Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced reward compensation analyst to join a very exciting and fast-growing organisation in the software & technology industry. This forward-thinking organisation offers a unique working culture with modern offices and actively promotes the social aspect of work. This opportunity offers great potential with an EMEA remit.

The Reward Compensation Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of compensation survey data submissions - Radford
  • Assist with market data requests and conduct compensation research
  • Assist in the global year-end compensation process, annual pay and bonus review, salary benchmarking
  • Handle the day-to-day analysis and administration need of the company's compensation plans
  • Manage the Compensation in-box and responds to Compensation related requests
  • Creation compensation related communication materials
  • Gender Pay Gap and other ad hoc MI reporting

What you must have:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar compensation analyst role
  • Experience working through year end pay review compensation cycles
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets
  • High attention to detail with the ability to produce consistent error free work
  • Strong excel and report building skills
