Your new role
Reporting to a Senior People Advisor, you will be supporting the organisation's Artistic directorate with:

• End-to-end recruitment support: scheduling interviews, overseeing candidate experience, monitoring job ads on external sites
• Management of HR inbox
• Carrying out inductions and onboarding
• Act as first point of contact for all employees within the Artistic directorate, including freelancers

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have strong administrative experience, ideally within an HR function, be self-motivated and be familiar with recruitment processes and HR systems.
