Your new role
Supporting the Business Services function of the organisation and reporting to the Manager of People & Operations, your key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end management of the employee lifecycle
- Providing advice and support on all aspects of HR - resourcing, change management, L&D, reward, ER
- Support senior team with succession planning and the delivery of people plans
- Line management of one People Administrator
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have significant Advisor-level experience, ideally within the public sector, and possess strong employment law/employee relations knowledge.
