Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be working with an international foods and agri-business company on their search for a HR Assistant to join their head office team in London.

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Assist with daily HR administration
· Reporting - responsible for creating and maintaining reports, reaching out to relevant stakeholders in each country to get this data.
· Support the evaluation and implementation of digital technologies to improve the operational HR processes.
· Create ad-hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
· Research, analyse and present data as required.
· Assist in various HR projects when needed, providing continuous improvement ideas.
· Maintain and update electronic and hard copy HR records and systems.
· Assist with implementation of new HR systems as and when needed
· Provide ideas and tools to increase effectiveness and efficiency of HR Data Processing.
· Assist with maintaining documents and data to be used for internal and external audits.
· Assist in the onboarding process including contract administration and pre-employment checks
· HR Invoices and Expenses
· Any other ad-hoc requirements

Experience & Key Skills Required:

· Proficient numerical and analytical skills
· MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
· Self-Organized and Detail Orientated
· Good verbal and written communication (proposals, reports etc.)
· Ability to use initiative
· Able to operate in a complex matrix organisation
· University degree required (CIPD ideal but not mandatory)
· Proven HR relevant experience is preferred, including exposure with data analysis
· Strong data and analytical skills
· Patience and ability to remain calm in demanding situations
· Able to operate in a complex matrix organisation
