Ashley Kate HR are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a fantastic, well established construction company based in Ashby-De-La-Zouch!
HR Administrator
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
This role would suit a candidate with experience in HR Administration, and is also an excellent opportunity for a strong HR Administrator to utilise their skills!
The HR Administrator will join the existing HR team, to provide administrative support across the full employee life cycle.
Main Responsibilities :
- Utilising the HR systems to update and maintain employee records
- Being a of contact for specific HR queries
- Being responsible for processing new starters, creating employee contracts, and letter writing
- Dealing with the administration for time sheets
- Assisting with the payroll letters and pulling together any reports as and when required
The candidate :
Are you proficient in the use of Microsoft Office?
Do you have experience working within a fast paced and challenging work environment?
Do you have strong organisational skills and attention to detail?
