Learning Business Partner - Financial Advisory

Your new role
Working in a fast-paced environment you will report to the Financial Advisory Director, with a dotted line into the Senior Learning Business Partner (Learning HR), you will build advisor relationships with senior managers for your business unit and service line. Using your knowledge and experience of the core HR competencies coupled with your commercial awareness, you will translate your client's business needs into realistic and achievable plans that reflect the overall Financial Advisory Learning Strategy and deliver impact. Working closely with design and Delivery teams you will ensure thar projects for technical training programmes remain on track and on budget. You will motivate and challenge stakeholders by influencing, coaching, and motivating. Responsibilities will include planning and management of projects.


What you'll need to succeed
Degree at a Bachelor level preferable Professional training / HR development / education qualifications in relevant subject area Experience at manager level and have a proven track record in core HR competencies and exposure to the associated risks. Strong financial management/commercial acumen. Ability to understand and contribute to the effective development of L&D and OD strategies Proven team leadership and management skills and ability to create a high performing, motivating, supportive and collaborative team environment. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to address diverse organisational stakeholders at all levels. Experience or exposure to project management principles.
