Your new role
Your duties will include but not limited to, working closely with the HR manager providing a consistently high service. Develop the engagement and talent management. Coach and advise managers on ER issues within their teams, including hearings and appeals. Provide support on TUPE, redundancy and communicate with TU where necessary. Monitor the activity of all your team and produce support plans where development is needed. Make sure colleagues are always adhering to company policies and procedures. Support and manage the 360 recruitment process. Use your experience to manage absence, long term illness and grievance across the business. Lead on HR projects with your team, such as ED&I and absence
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD Level 7 qualifies or already studying for your L7 and have C or above in English and Maths. You will have a passion and drive and have experience as a HRBP or a senior HR Advisor. You will have significant knowledge of UK employment legislation, case law and good HR practice.
Posses experience with complex ER issues and be able to implement change.
Be a strong communicator and be able to lead and develop a team confidently.
