Technology Executive Recruitment Partner

My client are a global Financial Information business based in the City. Due to growth in the business, they are now looking for an experienced Exec Recruitment Partner to join the team and support on all Senior Tech hires. This role will work closely with business leaders, divisional Talent Acquisition leads, HR Business partners, Heads of HR and Reward colleagues. The role will report to the Director of Executive Recruitment.
Key responsibilities/duties:
- Proactive management of end-to-end senior level hiring activity
- Ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience
- Partnering with Heads of HR / HR Business partners and Senior Leaders (hiring managers) to fully understand and define hiring needs and goals
- Define, manage, and execute sourcing strategy to fill vacancies either direct or partnering with search firms
- Partner with internal colleagues in managing internal candidates through the hiring process
- Ownership of the interview process defining the key areas of focus for each of the interviewers, ensuring all interviewers are briefed and aware of what others in the process are covering - typically through briefing packs
- Ensure Diversity and Inclusion is at the centre of all key hiring process from diversity of talent pipeline to the diversity of interview partners ensuring key D&I metrics are met.
- Partnering with other Exec TA members and wider team to support or lead strategic initiatives to help develop and evolve the TA function across group.
- Play a key part in helping understand candidate compensation and work with global reward team to help formulate complex remuneration and as required buyout packages
- Assessing candidates and interviewing with the hiring manager as required
- Provide substantive feedback to all unsuccessful candidates or via search firms
- Manage offer process and ensuring contract production / negotiations are handled effectively
- Ensuring onboarding and vetting process is correctly carried out and maintain contact with new hires as needed
Key experience/skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working in house managing executive hiring across Technology or extensive experience within a search firm specialising in technology
- Experience supporting diverse and inclusive hiring and internal mobility
- Proven capability to develop and execute high quality recruiting assignments
- Exceptional analytical, organisation and interpersonal skills
- Focus on detail, accuracy and following through to complete tasks
- Ability to be proactive, exercise discretion and work independently
- Strong client relationship building and networking abilities
