Frazer Jones is now partnering with a one of the world's leading international firms to a HR Adviser, Reward and Benefits on a 12-18months FTC basis. They engage with the most important challenges and opportunities facing their clients. This is an opportunity for a HR Professional (with reward exposure) to take their career to the next level.

As their HR Adviser (Reward and Benefits), you will support the Reward and Benefits Manager in the delivery of regional reward and benefits strategies.

Duties will include:

  • Perform day-to-day compensation-related operations, including provision of compensation benchmarking, analysis and documentation of market data to support on-going benchmarking requested by the business.
  • Support the Reward and Benefits Manager in aspects of the salary review and bonus process including salary and bonus modelling, production of salary review and bonus moderation spreadsheets, design and testing of the pay review system, and working closely with HR Business Partners and business managers to advise on issues that arise throughout the process.
  • Support the continual review of bonus schemes and salary structures to ensure they remain fit for purpose, working with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations teams
  • Manage the day to day running of the UK risk benefit policies, including working closely with HR Business Partners in relation to the case management of income protection claims for absent employees

To be considered, you should have previous experience in a Reward and Benefits role preferably within professional Services. You must have a good working knowledge of job match and benchmarking. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.

In return, you will receive up to £55,000 per annum with excellent benefits, and flexible working.
