Client Details

The client is in Professional Services


As Senior Reward Partner you will be responsible for;

  • Subject Matter expert within the business for Reward topics
  • Report into Head of Reward
  • Support evolution of remuneration framework
  • Support and play active role in Reward projects
  • Lead on annual Reward cycles; Salary bench marking, grading, benefits management etc
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, understand and support business needs
  • Technical and analytical reward duties


The successful candidate will;

  • Have a strong background in Reward/Comp and Bens
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to coach and influence
  • Experience working on large scale projects
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
