I am currently working with an International Real Estate firm for a Recruitment Specialist to join their growing team and become an integrated part of the team.
Working as part of the HR team, you will contribute to the creation of a highly successful and engaging environment. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will work the business in identifying, engaging and attracting talent internally and externally as well as providing a great candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers and improve candidate attraction activities through employer branding tactics.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Delivering a timely and responsive end-to-end recruitment process for UK and Europe: creating hire briefs and job specs with managers for high volume or specialist roles; sourcing; benchmarking; interviewing; making offers; onboarding.
*Managing ATS and building candidate pipelines and talent pools
*Planning for critical recruitment points in the year
*Managing agency and supplier relationships
*Proactively develop and maintain relationships with candidates and ensure positive candidate experience throughout process.
*Ensuring that diversity and inclusion is a key part of the recruitment and people strategy
*Assisting with graduate recruitment strategy maintaining relationships with universities, organising and attending Careers Fairs.
*Managing recruitment administration
Requirements to be considered:
*Bachelor's degree in essential
*Demonstrable work experience in end-to-end recruitment role - internal or agency will be ideal
*Experience recruiting in Europe ideal
*Positive 'can do' attitude and ability to hit the ground running
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent communication skills both written and oral
*Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
