Job Details
Oakleaf are currently recruiting for a Talent Sourcer for a high growth marketing and product development company.
With growth plans from 300 to 1000 people in the next three years, they are looking to expand their Talent Acquisition team. As part of a new function within Strategic Sourcing, you will be a part of a team of three specialists specifically focussed on sourcing and pipelining future talent.
The successful candidate will only need one year experience in Sourcing and will be offered an exciting progression plan either within talent acquisition or the wider HR team.
Day to day responsibilities:
· Sourcing excellent potential future employees using direct recruitment methods and engaging directly with candidates
· Thinking of new and creative ways to attract top talent
· Ensuring that the candidate experience is excellent throughout the process
· Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide a candidate pipeline
· Documenting and tracking progress
And much, much more, it is encouraged to join various internal guilds with the focus on personal & company development/progress!
Experience required:
· Identify & source a diverse and global talent pool to drive the top of funnel needs of the business
· Identify creative ways of attracting talent pools
· Offer & deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
· Form part of the Talent research team in identifying new trends & talent pool changes
