A fantastic new role has come up working for a prestigious investment management firm who are looking to bring in a motivated and organised Recruiter to join their team for on an initial 9-12 month basis. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative team to take ownership of the corporate functions recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for lateral recruitment within Support Functions (e.g. Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT, Finance)
  • First point of contact for the end to end recruitment process.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and advising line managers on new vacancies and resourcing strategy through to offer stage.
  • Actively encouraging the use of direct sourcing.
  • Liaising with the recruitment coordinator to ensure interviews are scheduled.
  • Drafting contracts of employment.
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners and providing a strategic partnership keeping them aware of all recruitment activity and developments.
  • Managing PSL agency relationships providing feedback and guiding processes with agencies.

Key Skills:

  • Previous Agency/RPO or Inhouse recruitment experience in a corporate setting
  • Confident communication style with the gravitas to build relationships and advise stakeholders.
  • Passion to provide an exemplary candidate experience to represent the employee brand.
