Human Resources Management in the UK, who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining HR processes and system in the newly established operation, and supporting the business head to make the best business decisions for the company.

Description
- Act as a busin of human resources to provide full spectrum of HR services including talent acquisition, remuneration & benefits, employee relations, staff mobility, staff development, budget review and other HR related matters
- Develop and implement HR workflow, processes, policies and procedures which comply with UK law & statutory regulations and policies
- Maintain records in the HR & payroll system and coordinate with payroll vendor to ensure accurate data and payroll which meets the dynamic and diversified pay rules and fulfils operational needs & legal compliance
- Coordinate with benefit service providers to implement various benefit schemes such as flexible benefits, pension and insurances including initial set up and regular reviews
- Develop and implement a range of workplace operational policies.
- Maintain proper records and compile reports and statistical analysis concerning HR-related data for statutory reports, audits and HR internal analysis
- Handle employee queries, respond to employee concerns and grievances in a timely manner
- Oversee visa applications and provide administrative support if necessary
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and operational duties as required
Profile
- A recognized university degree or equivalent, in human resources
- Proven track record in Human Resources Management experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in developing HR policies & procedures in a start-up environment is preferable
- Well versed in UK statutory regulations
- Client-focused approach with demonstrated flexibility and resourcefulness
- High attention to details
- Good communication skills and analytical Skills
- Possess budgeting and planning skills
- High integrity and confidentiality standard
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
