If you are looking for a role where you will be able to be challenged in a highly regarded organisation this could be the perfect role for you. I am currently recruiting for a high achieving individual who will be able to add significant value to the organisation I am partnering with.

You will manage your own business area and be responsible for developing great working relationships with all hiring managers in this role.

This successful candidate will deliver end to end recruitment campaigns, including the management of all recruitment campaigns.

Skills/experience required:

Previous experience within recruitment or resourcing in an inhouse team
Experience of using an ATS platform
Experience across the end to end lifecycle of recruitment, plan, source screen, select and secure
Experience of selection process
Good understanding of a candidate management and current recruitment methodology
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking whilst meeting tight deadlines
Ability to plan and prioritise work

Qualifications required:

CPP/CIPD qualified or equivalent work experience
