Description

As Reward Specialist you will be responsible for;

  • Annual compensation review
  • Manage end to end salary reviews and bonus payments
  • Ensure fairness and consistency applying Reward principles and frameworks
  • Provide market data for pay negotiations
  • manage external suppliers
  • Coach and mentor wider HR team and managers
  • Member of Group Reward Network

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Strong Reward/Compensation and Benefits background
  • Self Starter
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • In depth Reward knowledge
  • Experience in Job Evaluations and benchmarking
  • Coaching and influencing
