Description
As Capability consultant you will be responsible for;
- Work with wider capability team to create, develop and deliver capability training
- Support implementation of the Competency Management System
- Coach, guide and up skill line managers on capability and performance related issues
- Maintain and develop Capability Framework
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have an HR or L&D background
- Strong coaching and influencing skills
- Strong experience with performance and capability management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
