The client is a Not for Profit
Description
As Interim HR BP you will be responsible for;
- Day to day partnering for specific business unit
- Partnering with senior leaders to coach, guide and up skill on HR related matters
- Work closely with wider HR, Recruitment, L&D team etc
- Support with wider HR change programmes
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have experience working at BP level
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- CIPD qualified
- Able to start within 4-6 weeks
- Experience working within NFP or Public Sector
Job Offer
On offer for the successful candidate;
- Salary c. 44-51k
- Hybrid working - 2 days on site
- Interim contract initially c. 6 months
- Potential to go permanent
