Benefits Analyst - Northampton

Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a financial services firm based in Northampton. The role is a Benefits Analyst position on a permanent basis and is part of the team responsible for all administration of benefits across the UK. This role will manage the end to end benefits processes from beginning through to implementation. If you are strong on SAP or workday this would be an advantage.
The Benefits Analyst will work with colleagues, internal and external suppliers to provide the highest level of service delivery and governance.
In this role, the Benefits Analyst will be accountable and responsible for:
- Deliver the best in class in processes and service
- Develop an in depth knowledge of the Barclays UK benefits provision as an SME.
- Provide effective resolution of customer requests and queries
- Ensure all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance and regulatory requirements
The successful Benefits Analyst will have prior HR operational delivery experience and have strength working on HR systems such as SAP and workday
