HR Systems Analyst
Birmingham
Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are partnering with a professional services firm based in Birmingham city centre. The HR Systems Analyst will lead on HR system enhancements and assist with all helpdesk queries. If the successful candidate has experience in Oracle this would be an advantage.
The role is a permanent role and will work alongside a strong team reporting into the HR Systems Manager in the firm. The sole purpose of this role is to improve the operations in the business and provide expertise to support the design and implementation of new modules and enhancements to existing modules.
What are we looking for this role?
- Prior experience in the development of HR systems
- The ability to run workshops
- Prior experience in system testing and support business testing
- Oracle knowledge would be an advantage
- Work with senior stakeholders and internal clients
We are seeking a candidate who has worked within HR systems previously and a subject matter expert in this field.
