A leading international software and consulting business is hiring a recruiter for a really exciting opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Talent Acquisition Manager. This talent acquisition role will be responsible for all hiring and recruitment in a brand new business stream which will provide fantastic profiling for your TA career development. You will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles within this new product line based out of the new Dallas office. You will be responsible for:
* Talent / candidate pipeline generation (talent pooling)
* Sourcing of all candidates
* Building strong relationships with all key stakeholders
* Broader focus on retention and engagement
* Contribute to global talent acquisition initiatives
* Understand effective assessment techniques
* Build relationships with 3rd parties
We are looking for someone with strong initiative and drive. Experience of managing the full recruitment/ candidate cycle. This individual needs to have a minimum of three years recruitment experience. Our client will consider individuals from both inhouse and direct agency / search backgrounds.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience in a professional recruitment environment
* Excellence in stakeholder management skills
* Great communication skills
* Professional passion and drive to excel in an inhouse recruitment role
* Ability to work within a collaborative manner
