Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global technology business who have an opportunity for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their team in London.
Reporting into the Senior Reward Manager you will be working on a global scale and your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting with the delivery of the annal reward cycle
* Managing projects throughout the year including benchmarking and global grading
* Taking ownership of reporting activities including gender pay reporting
* Analysing reward data and working closely with the senior reward team to support with the development of the reward strategy
* Supporting with the development of incentive plans and bonus schemes and ensuring that the business is remaining competitive.
We are looking for someone who has a strong reward background, is highly analytical, has ideally worked on an international basis and is keen to develop their reward career.
