Job Details

As a result of continued success and growth, the business are looking to add to their talented team by recruiting an Admin Assistant. This is an excellent role for someone who has previous experience in an admin capacity and is looking to add to their skill set. Due to the nature of this role they cannot offer hybrid or a WFH opportunity.

Client Details

Engineering business in Clydebank


  • Assist with creation and sending out of sales invoices and dispatch notes as required
  • Create, edit, review and send documents in a timely manner
  • Input holiday and absences onto HR system including running weekly and monthly reports
  • Assist with job costing duties as and when required
  • Work closely with Admin & Comms Supervisor to research, develop and implement new processes, strategies and software for the admin, accounts and HR department
  • Any other ad hoc duties including printing, scanning and filing


  • Previous experience in an admin role is preferable
  • Strong computer literacy (Excel and Word etc.)
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, in particular with talking to suppliers
  • Ability to work under pressure, be flexible with workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great organisational skills
  • Experience using Sage 200 and Sage HR is desirable

Job Offer

  • Permanent, Part-time (22.5 hours a week)
  • Ideally Tues - Thurs 8:00 - 16:00 (30 minute unpaid lunch), this is open to discussion
