This global Financial Services organisation of circa 1,000 employees is seeking an experienced people leader to manage the team of HR Business Partners in providing a first class service to the business & ensuring that the HR function keeps on improving & transforming with the business plans. Description

  • Report into & support the CHRO
  • Sit on the HR Leadership team alongside the Head of Reward, Head of Talent and Head of Shared Services.
  • Lead and coach the HR Business Partner team of 6 based UK & International
  • Develop and embed a consistent HR Business Partnership model to best support the needs of the business
  • Contribute to overall HR strategy and plan, to ensure alignment to business goals and objectives
  • Promote a high-performance management culture
  • Collaborate effectively with HR Centres of Expertise in specialist HR projects and initiatives
  • Actively challenge ways of thinking and working which contributes to the continual improvement of the function, and the enhancement of service delivery
  • Monitor industry/market trends and provide recommendations for change/improvement to internal ways of working accordingly to best anticipate and respond to changes
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with Executives and Senior Leaders to raise credibility and to develop a deep knowledge and understanding of, key business priorities, issues and challenges
  • Possess solid HR specialist knowledge and expertise, specific to Reward & Compensation, Performance Management and Talent & Development
  • Lead and contribute to change management initiatives

  • Good Employment law knowledge
  • Financial or professional services HR leadership experience
  • Worked in a complex, international business
  • Ability to influence and manage senior/executive relationships
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to solve complex people issues
