Job Purpose
In this role, you will work on incoming HRSSC queries, using the Triaging system to field out to other team members and responding to slightly more complex queries including Employee Relations or Recruitment. In addition to the operational responsibilities of efficiently answering queries, you will also support the HR Business Partners across the organisation with project work across a range of OD, L&D, Reward, ER and Resourcing matters.
Experience & Skills Required
We are looking for a HR professional who has a solid background in HR Administration/Coordination and is ready to step into a HR Advisory role. In this role, you will act as a mentor/escalation point for the HR Admins and Coordinators so its important that your knowledge is above the entry level and that your HR knowledge including employment law and policy awareness is at a competent level
