Our Accountancy client is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Lead to head up the recruitment across 7 offices across London, Kent and Sussex. Having started out over 100 years ago, they are long-standard employers across their office communities in the South East
Your new role
Basing in Horsham, with some travel to the flagship office in Canterbury, this role will be to work within the central HR team supporting the HR Director and regional HR Business Partners with the complete 360 recruitment process with emphasis on sourcing of suitable experienced candidates and volume recruitment, you will take control of the candidate onboarding process, working with the local community and full ownership on all student recruitment.
Along with those responsibilities mentioned above, you will be responsible for the following:
- Line management
- social media ownership
- Implementation of MS platform
- Management of the PSL
- Full budget control
- Work closely with universities and attend recruitment fairs
- Manage all aspect of assessment days
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have previous experience within inhouse recruitment in a professional services environment with good organisational skills and good attention to detail.
