Ashley Kate are delighted to be to be supporting a leading independent building services company based in London as they look to recruit a Full Time permanent HR Assistant.  
The salary for this role will be up to £34k with opportunities to work remotely.
About the role
The HR Assistant will assist the HR Business Partners in the day to day operation of their business areas and seek to add value and purpose to an array of different HR activities and take a key role in projects.
·Be the first point of contact for the HR department
·Build, develop and manage positive relationships within stakeholder groups and across the company
·Manage low level ER cases with confidence
·Take notes in formal meetings and publish these in a tight time frame
·Manage the recruitment and onboarding process
·Be the first point of contact for maternity and paternity cases and related queries
·Assist with large scale projects and lead on small localise projects
·Produce detailed reports surrounding sickness, turnover, annual leave etc
·Provide HR administrative support across the business

HR Advisor - About you
·The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR
·Ideally be CIPD qualified
·Experience of creating reports and writing letters to a high standard
·outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
·Excellent level of IT skills in particular MS Office
·Previous experience with simple Employee Relations cases would be advantageous
