Your new role

Leading a Reward team and all Reward activities for the organisation including benchmarking, bonus and recognition schemes, REMCO activity and benefits.

This job reports to a Head of HR and works within a large, supportive HR team in Leeds.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience working in a reward function with autonomy and organisation wide responsibility. Management experience and ideally influencing and communication at exec level.
