A p/t, permanent role for a personable HR Manager to join a retail and manufacturing SME in Poole.

Established over 30 years, my client is a company of nearly 200 people who manufacture and sell a variety of bespoke products to support their loyal customers across the UK and beyond.
Your new role
This is a new position to join the company as they continue to grow, based out of new offices in Poole that they have recently moved into.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Improve staff recruitment and retention. Initial priorities will be shot to long term recruitment strategy including introducing a graduate scheme, apprenticeships, supporting temporary/casual staff recruitment.
- Coach various managers/directors on HR issues and supporting ER case work as required.
- Conduct training across the group.
- Work with others and the social team on staff welfare / wellbeing.
This is a part-time, permanent role working 3 days / week (9am-5pm).
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a personable individual and a good communicator at all levels of business with a CIPD qualification (Level 3 minimum, but 5+ preferred).
What you'll get in return

You will receive a FTE salary between £35,000-£45,000 (pro-rata'd to 3 days), 25 days holiday +BH's, company pension and free onsite parking.
