HR Advisor job based in Rugby
Your new company
You will be working for a large and rapidly expanding company, who has multiple sites globally. You will be working within their Rugby site that has around 70 employee from manufacturing staff to office staff. Due to growth they are looking for someone to take on a stand alone HR role based on site
Your new role
You will look after the day to day HR duties from managing sickness, recruitment and also some ER cases. as well as this you will work with the manager to introduce best practice processes and look at introducing new policies.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have previously worked in a HR advisors role and be looking at taking the next step into a stand alone role. All round generalist knowledge is essential.
