Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are keen to speak with L&D Coordinators or HR Administrators who are keen to work for a large multinational Insurance company based in Central London. If you are a strong HR Adminsitrator or an L&D Coordinator with experience or an interest in L&D this is a great opportunity for yourself.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review existing processes and suggest ideas for improvements
- First point of contact for invoices, expenses and contracts
- Play a pivotal role in the preparation, testing, and daily management of our new systems
- Regular reporting on L&D activity
- Work with TM&D Specialist to ensure the Intranet pages remain up to date and relevant
- Organise all regional and local workshops
- Secure venues for face to face training and ensure links are sent out for virtual training
- Handle invitations, coordinate pre-work, distribute follow-up materials and feedback via the online survey
- Run all psychometrics and diagnostics administration i.e. Insights, Hogan, KF360-degree feedback
- Monitor the workshop tracker including attendance and waitlist for future sessions
- Ensure internal facilitators are arranged for all internal workshops
- Manage sign off for costs in advance of all externally facilitated workshops
- Responsibility for the L&D inbox
- Produce monthly reports for each business
- Presentation & diary management support
- Regional/global project team attendance as required
Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent organisation skills & attention to detail
- Effective communicator at all levels
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Advanced Microsoft office user - especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good mathematical/analytical ability
- Collaborative
