BENEFITS MANAGER
Exclusively working with a global FTSE 100 entertainment company for the hiring of a Benefits Manager to join the Benefits team... this is a brand new position as they go from strength to strength. Reporting to the Head Pensions & Benefits. A great, flexible opportunity in Reward working alongside an established team. The role has a hybrid work pattern in London. Paying £60-70k + up to 30%bonus
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Pensions and Benefits on plan design, cost benefit analysis and business proposals.
- Lead ad-hoc benefit projects as required.

Requirements:
- Experience of managing and delivering employee benefits in non-UK locations
- The ability to establish and maintain relationships across different internal groups and stakeholders
- The ability to translate complex subject matter into simple and effective communications
- Good knowledge and understanding of broader HR policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of the Darwin benefits platform
- Understand of M&A
