Global D&I Lead

Client Details

The client is a Global brand


As Global D&I Lead you will be responsible for;

  • Report into Global Head of D&I
  • Support the evolution of newly created D&I strategy globally
  • Engage and lead ERGs, governance forums leaders and colleagues to create a culture of belonging and inclusion
  • Coordinate and implement Diversity and Inclusion programmes and initiatives
  • Collaborate with Talent, L&D, ER and Policy teams to ensure D&I is embedded throughout
  • Draft regular reports and presentations to provide transparency on D&I work


The successful candidate will;

  • Proven track record in a Diversity and Inclusion role at a senior level
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience across all areas of D&I strands
  • Strong operational delivery skills as well as strategic thinking
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Experience working as part of a large complex business
